David F. Edwards
Executive Director
David has more than 15 years of programme and project management experience, including over a decade supporting technology modernization and complex delivery initiatives in the United States federal government. His Caribbean experience includes consulting work with Guardian Life of the Caribbean and advisory initiatives in Suriname.
